How it started
Parts have always been a core part of what we do at Trucksmart. Back in 2012 we spotted a gap in the market, particularly for Volvo truck and bus owners who wanted quality replacement parts without being locked into genuine pricing. We headed to Europe, connected with suppliers and started building relationships with manufacturers of high quality aftermarket and OEM alternative parts.
By 2013 the range had gained real traction. The response from customers confirmed what we already knew. Operators wanted reliable alternative parts, backed by people who actually understood the vehicles and the industry.
From there the range kept growing beyond Volvo to cover more makes, more models and more customer needs.
